I am Geetha from Singapore. I have this delicious Chinese dish, a vegetarian version Vegetarian Fried Kway Teow

Vegetarian Kway Teow

Ingredients

200 Grams pre boiled Fresh Kway Teow (you can get it in your local Supermarket or China Town. Made of Flour, looks broad band white in colour, strips of noodles ).
2 Table Spoon Soya Sauce
6 pieces Baby Corn
2 Large sizes Green Capsicum sliced into strips
4 String Green Beans striped longish into 8 pieces.
2 strips Sliced Ginger

Method

  1. Put a wok on slow cook, add some 2 table spoon oil, allow it to simmer, add the vegetables, salt & ginger, stir fry.
  2. After 2 minutes, add the pre boiled Kway Teow and stir.
  3. Add soya sauce, slow cook & stir fry for 3 - 5 minutes.
  4. Seve hot with Green Chillies soaked in Vinegar.
