Shrimp Sandwich
Ingredients
1 cup medium sized shrimps (shelled & deveined & cooked)
1 small Onion (chopped finely)
Ginger, Garlic paste (1 tsp each)
Chilli powder
Some Mayonnaise
Lettuce leaves
Dinner rolls or Buns
Method:
For the filling:
- Take 2-3 tsp oil in a pan.
- Saute chopped onion till golden brown.
- Add ginger-garlic paste & again stir for 1 minute.
- Add cooked shrimps & chilli powder, salt & stir. Cover for 2 minutes. Remove from the heat. The filling for sandwich is ready.
Now Spread Mayo, above mixture & put one lettuce leave on the inner side
of the roll. Serve.
Shrimp sandwich is very quick & delicious meal.
