Corn Sandwich
Ingredients
Bread Slices --- 12 Pcs
Corn ---- 2 cups
Capsicum --- 1 cut into fine pieces
Onion ----- 1 big, cut into fine pieces
Oil/butter ---- 1 tbsp
Coriander leaves
Chaat Masala
Salt and Pepper to taste.
Method
- Heat the oil/butter in a non-stick pan.
- Add the onions. Fry till light
brown. Add capscium and corn. Cover it, and let it cook till corn is
tender. Add chat masala, salt and pepper.
- Take the bread slices, butter them. Spead the above mixture. Sprinkle
coriander. Cover it with another slice and toast it in a sandwich toaster.
Alternately you could also cook it on a tawa till golden brown on both
sides.
Your corn sandwich is ready for you to bite it.
