Mango Cheese Cake

Ingredients

Swad Mango Pulp - 1 Can (16 Oz.)
Philadelphia Cheese Cream (Regular or Fatfree) - 8 Oz.
Whipping cream (Regular or Fat free) - 8 Oz.
Water - 2 Cups
Sugar - 1 Cup
Knox Unflavoured Gelatin - 1 Oz.

Method:

  1. Boil the Water and add Unflavoured Gelatin to the boiling water and mix very well with out any lumps.
  2. Simmer the stove, add sugar and mix it for 1 minute or two.
  3. Thaw philadelphia cream cheese from friz and put it in the above mixture.
  4. Add whipping cream also and mix it thouroughly.
    Note: Do not let it boil the liquid much.
  5. At the end pour the Mango Pulp to the above mixture and mix it nicely. Turn the heat off and let it cool for half an hour or so.
  6. Put the mixture in a blender and whip it very smoothly and transfer the mango cheese cake mixture in a flat pyrex tray and put it in friz for over night. The cake will be ready to eat. It is very soft and so delicious.

Preparation Time: 10-15 mins.
