Mango Cheese Cake
Ingredients
Swad Mango Pulp - 1 Can (16 Oz.)
Philadelphia Cheese Cream
(Regular or Fatfree) - 8 Oz.
Whipping cream
(Regular or Fat free) - 8 Oz.
Water - 2 Cups
Sugar - 1 Cup
Knox Unflavoured Gelatin - 1 Oz.
Method:
- Boil the Water and add Unflavoured Gelatin to
the boiling water and mix very well with out any
lumps.
- Simmer the stove, add sugar and mix it for 1
minute or two.
- Thaw philadelphia cream cheese from friz and
put it in the above mixture.
- Add whipping cream also and mix it
thouroughly.
Note: Do not let it boil the liquid much.
- At the end pour the Mango Pulp to the above
mixture and mix it nicely. Turn the heat off and
let it cool for half an hour or so.
- Put the mixture in a blender and whip it very
smoothly and transfer the mango cheese cake
mixture in a flat pyrex tray and put it in friz
for over night. The cake will be ready to eat.
It is very soft and so delicious.
Preparation Time: 10-15 mins.
