Hi,
My name is Sabita. Currently, I'm living in Singapore. I believe in cooking that is really easy and at the same time is not time consuming. The following recipe is a great favourite of my kids who are 6 and 10 years old. It makes a great cocktail snack also.

Bread Pizza

Ingredients

Few slices of Bread - cut diagonally (or in quarters)
1 Onion chopped into small pieces.
1 Capsicum chopped into small pieces
Few Mushrooms (tinned or fresh) sliced into thin pieces (you can add any other veg. you like - carrots, cabbage chopped into very fine small pieces) Thinly sliced Sausages (optional)
Any left over Meat (shredded ) - optional
Any Pizza Sauce or Spaghetti Sauce or Tomato Ketchup
Shredded Mozzarella Cheese or any other cheese that melts
Butter or Margarine.

Method :

  1. Apply the butter/margarine on the bread slices.
  2. Spread 1 tsp. of tomato sauce on top of the butter. Put all the vegetables/meat together and add 1 tsp of butter/margarine and mix well.
  3. Put a layer of toppings (of mixed vegetables) on the bread and finally sprinkle some cheese on top.
  4. Place on a greased baking tray (as many as you can) and put in a pre-heated oven (200 degrees C) for 6 to 7 minutes or until the cheese melts and is bubbly.
