Quick Kulfi

Ingredients

15oz Ricotta Cheese
14oz.condensed milk
16oz heavy cream
1/4 cup ground nuts
1tbsp. elaychi powder
Saffron threads to taste.

Method

  1. Mix all above till smooth.
  2. Pour in Kulfi containers or Rubbermaid tall plastic glasses with lids and freeze till set.
