I am Mrs Ramam from India. I would like to share my "Knock Out Pudding" with you.

Pudding

Ingredients

Bread - 6 slices
Cream(Fresh) - 100 gms
Chocolate powder - 3 tea spoons
Cocoa powder - 1/2 tea spoons
Caster sugar - 100 gms
Whisky - A few drops

Method

  1. Crumble bread nicely in a plate. Add cocoa and chocolate powder.
  2. Add caster sugar to cream and beat a little.
  3. Take a dish and arrange one layer of bread mixture and at its bottom.
  4. Sprinkle a few drops of whisky over it.
  5. Cover this layer with cream mixture.
  6. Put another layer of bread over it.
  7. Sprinkle a few drops of whisky again.
  8. Cover this with a layer of cream again.
  9. Repeat the layers, ending with the one with cream mixture. Decorate as desired.
  10. Serve it chill, it is sufficient for four.
