Pudding
Ingredients
Bread - 6 slices
Cream(Fresh) - 100 gms
Chocolate powder - 3 tea spoons
Cocoa powder - 1/2 tea spoons
Caster sugar - 100 gms
Whisky - A few drops
Method
- Crumble bread nicely in a plate. Add cocoa and chocolate powder.
- Add caster sugar to cream and beat a little.
- Take a dish and arrange one layer of bread mixture and at its bottom.
- Sprinkle a few drops of whisky over it.
- Cover this layer with cream mixture.
- Put another layer of bread over it.
- Sprinkle a few drops of whisky again.
- Cover this with a layer of cream again.
- Repeat the layers, ending with the one with cream mixture.
Decorate as desired.
- Serve it chill, it is sufficient for four.
