I am Mahima Srivastava. I am Post Graduate in Electronics and Software professional. I am running my own Computer Institute in Navi Mumbai , India which is keeping me busy almost 12 hours daily. I get very less time for my kitchen. Because of this I along with my husband (who always helps me in cooking) try out the food which can be made in very short time . This recipe is one of them .

Veg Soya neggets with Onion

Ingredients

100 gms Soyabean Neggets
3 finely chopped Green Chillies
4 Big size Onion finely chopped
One cup Curd
Salt to taste
Oil

Method:

  1. Boil Soyabean neggets to make them soft and drain the water
  2. Put oil in pan. Heat oil.
  3. Put finely chopped onion and chopped green chilli and heat till brown add salt to taste
  4. Put soyabean neggets and cook it with cover for some time
  5. Add curd and cook till it is dry
  6. Serve hot. Enjoy the taste !
