Pizzaco
Ingredients
3 large Tortillas
3 tbsp Kidney Bean Paste (cooked and seasoned)
1/4 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
1/4 cup Cheddar Cheese (grated)
1 tsp Pizza Seasoning
1 tbsp Tomato Ketchup
1/2 cup sliced Onions
1/4 cup sliced Mushrooms
1 Tomato chopped
1/2 tsp Oil
Salt to taste
Method:
- Saute onions, mushrooms and tomatoes in the oil and season with salt and pepper and set aside.
- Spread little parmesan cheese between two tortillas to form a base.
- Now spread the bean paste on the tortilla evenly and cover it with the remaining tortilla.
- Take the ketchup and apply evenly on the top of the tortilla.
Now spread the sauted veg like toppings and season with salt and the pizza seasoning.
- Cover the veg. with the cheeses evenly.
- Bake it at 350oF for 10 min or until the cheese melts.
- Cut into triangles and serve with Chilli Sauce.
