Shaahee Paneer
Ingredients
Paneer 500 gms.
Bay leaves 1 no.
Light Cream 150 gms
Milk 1/2 Glass
Onion Paste 1-1/2 cup
Tomato Puree 1-1/2 cup
Red chili powder 1/2 tsp.
Garam masala powder 1 tsp.
Coriander Powder 1 tsp.
Sugar 1/2 tsp.
Oil 2 tsp.
Salt As per taste
Coriander Leaves to garnish
Method
- Cut Paneer into any shape and keep aside.
- Heat oil in a Kadahi. Add bayleaf and onion paste. Saute onion till transparent in color then add tomato puree.
- Cook for 10-15 minutes or till it leaves oil.
- Then add red chili powder, salt and coriander powder, sugar and mix well.
- Add cream and 1/2 glass milk. Cook until it come out like thick gravy.
- Now add Paneer and cook for another 10 minutes.
- Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve with Chapati.
