Broccoli Parathas

Ingredients

1 bunch of Broccoli
Green Chillies to taste (finely chopped)
1 small Onion (finely chopped)
Few Coriander leaves(chopped)
1 tbsp. Sesame seeds
1 tsp. Sugar
Oil for frying
Salt to taste
2 cups of Wheat Flour
1/2 cup of Besan
1/2 tbsp. whole Jeera
2 tbsp. Yogurt

Method:

  1. Wash and place chopped Broccoli in a plastic bag.
  2. Put in a microwave oven and cook for 5 mins. Let it cool.
  3. Add all the ingredients and knead a stiff dough using 1 1/2 tbsp. of oil as shortening.
  4. Roll out parathas (about 5-6" in diameter) and shallow fry until golden on both the sides.
  5. Serve hot with Achaar, Yogurt and Tomato Ketchup.
