Mushrooms And Broccoli Subji

Ingredients

Mushrooms 300 grms
Broccoli 1 bunch
Onions 1 big
Garlic 5-6 flakes
Tomatoes 1 big
Haldi 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Dhania powder 3/4 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Oil 2 tbsps
Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Cut mushrooms into halves or quarters.
  2. Separate small florets of broccoli.
  3. Chop onions, garlic, and tomatoes into fine bits.
  4. Heat oil in a frying pan, add garlic, onions and fry till crisp.
  5. Add mushrooms and fry till the water starts leaving. Continue frying till half of the water simmers.
  6. Now add broccoli and fry for few second.
  7. Sprinkle all the dry masalas except garam masala and let the vegetables cook.
  8. Add tomatoes and fry till tomatoes get softer.
  9. Sprinkle garam masala and remove from fire.

Serve hot with Puris or any other Roti types.
