Mushrooms And Broccoli Subji
Ingredients
Mushrooms 300 grms
Broccoli 1 bunch
Onions 1 big
Garlic 5-6 flakes
Tomatoes 1 big
Haldi 1/4 tsp
Cumin powder 1/2 tsp
Dhania powder 3/4 tsp
Garam masala 1/2 tsp
Oil 2 tbsps
Salt to taste
Method:
- Cut mushrooms into halves or quarters.
- Separate small florets of broccoli.
- Chop onions, garlic, and tomatoes into fine bits.
- Heat oil in a frying pan, add garlic, onions and fry till crisp.
- Add mushrooms and fry till the water starts leaving. Continue frying till half of the water simmers.
- Now add broccoli and fry for few second.
- Sprinkle all the dry masalas except garam masala and let the
vegetables cook.
- Add tomatoes and fry till tomatoes get softer.
- Sprinkle garam masala and remove from fire.
Serve hot with Puris or any other Roti types.
