Egg Pudding
Ingredients
4 Eggs
2 tea cups of Milk
1 tea cup of Sugar
1/2 tea spoon of Vanilla Essence
Method:
- Boil the milk and keep aside to cool down.
- Beat the eggs very well..
- Take a baking dish and add 1 spoon of water and sprinkle 1/2
spoon of sugar and allow it to heat on the stove until it burns and
forms into
a brown thin layer.
- Add the milk and sugar into the baking dish and stir well so that
the sugar dissolves in the milk.
- Add the beaten eggs to this mixture and stir well.
- Add vanilla essence and stir again.
- Bake this mixture for about 40 minutes.
- The pudding should be served cold and it is sufficient for four
persons.
