Badam Milk Burfi
Ingredients
1) Besan or gram flour - 1 measure
2) Grated Coconut - 1 measure
3) Milk - 1 measure
4) Finely crushed Almonds (Badam) - 1 measure
5) Ghee - 1 measure
6) Sugar - 3 measures
Method:
- In about 1/2 measure of ghee, slightly fry the besan till there's no more
raw smell left.
- Add all the ingredients including the crushed badam and the leftover
ghee.
- Go on stirring continuously over medium fire for about 20-25 minutes. Once the mixture starts leaving the sides and becomes difficult to stir,
add elaichi.
- Now immediately pour the mixture on a greased plate and cut into pieces
of your favourite shape!
Decoration (Optional):
To add more glamour to that already yummy burfi, decorate by placing
Pistachios/Cashews on top of each of the cut pieces.
