Meat Cutlet
Ingredients
2 cups cooked Rice [left over]
250 grams Meat
1 medium size Onion
3 Green Chillies
2 tbsp Coriander [chopped]
1/2 tbsp Pepper
1/2 tbsp Ginger Paste
Oil for frying
Method:
- Remove all bones from meat and trim off fat. Cut into small pieces
and refrigerate for 1/2 an hour.
- Put cooked rice in the mixer till coarsely ground. Add salt & remove.
- Chop onion & saute in sausepan with a little oil till it becomes soft.
- Add chillies & pepper & ginger paste. Cook for 1 more minute.
- Put meat in the mixer run for 1 minute & remove.
- Add the minced meat to a sausepan fry till it turns brown & mix with
coriander.
- Shape rice into flat balls fill with meat and form into cutlets.
- Deep fry in oil till golden brown.
- Serve hot with Ketchup.
