I am Madhavi from California. I like fast easy cooking. Here's an easy recipe/ meat cutlet.

Meat Cutlet

Ingredients

2 cups cooked Rice [left over]
250 grams Meat
1 medium size Onion
3 Green Chillies
2 tbsp Coriander [chopped]
1/2 tbsp Pepper
1/2 tbsp Ginger Paste
Oil for frying

Method:

  1. Remove all bones from meat and trim off fat. Cut into small pieces and refrigerate for 1/2 an hour.
  2. Put cooked rice in the mixer till coarsely ground. Add salt & remove.
  3. Chop onion & saute in sausepan with a little oil till it becomes soft.
  4. Add chillies & pepper & ginger paste. Cook for 1 more minute.
  5. Put meat in the mixer run for 1 minute & remove.
  6. Add the minced meat to a sausepan fry till it turns brown & mix with coriander.
  7. Shape rice into flat balls fill with meat and form into cutlets.
  8. Deep fry in oil till golden brown.
  9. Serve hot with Ketchup.
