Mansoor Dal Sandwich

Ingredients

Mansoor Dal (Lentils) : 200 Gm
Onion : 1 Small (50 Gm) Finely Chopped
Ginger Garlic Paste : Small Tea Spoon
Green Chillies : 2 Finely Chopped.
Coriander Leaves
Bread Slices : 6
Lemon juice
Lettuce (Optional)
Salt as per taste

Method:

  1. Cook the Mansoor dal
  2. Add chopped onion, green chillies, ginger garlic paste, coriander leaves, Lemon juice
  3. Toast bread according to taste
  4. Stuff above mixture between slices of bread with lettuce or what ever you like. You can also some more ingredients as per taste.

Ready to eat.

Serves: 2
Approx. cooking time: 15 Minutes
