Mee Goreng (Fried Noodles)

Ingredients

Noodles for 2 persons
3-4 branches of Spinach
1 mediam sized Onion
2 medium sized Tomatoes
1 cup Cabbage
200 gms Tofu (soya bean milk paneer)
100 gms Sprouts
5-6 tbs thick Soya Sauce
2tbsp Chilli Paste
Salt to taste 4-5 tbsp Oil

Method:-

  1. Boil the noodles till tender but not sticky, keep it aside.
  2. Cut the spinach into 1 inch length.
  3. Cut onion cabbage and tomatoes into cubes.
  4. Cut the tofu into 1 inch and deep fry and keep it aside.
  5. Heat 4-5 tbsp oil in a wide frying pan on a high flame. Add onions fry till transparent, add cabbage fry it for few seconds. Then add chilli paste. Add spinach, sprouts, tomatoes, fried tofu and salt. Fry for a minute and at last add the noodles and soya sauce.
  6. Keep frying for a minute and serve hot with Cucumber Slices and Lemon Juice.
