Mushroom Rice
Ingredients
1 Big Onion
10 Garlic Pods
1" Ginger piece
7 Green Chillies chopped
Mint Leaves a palmful chopped
Coriander Leaves chopped
Method:
- Heat oil in a kadai. Add onions chopped and the rest of the items.
- In a
separate kadai with ghee or oil saute mushrooms well and add to the
above and finally add all these to a pan cooked with rice and turmeric
powder separeately.
- Close the vessel and mix well for 5 min.
- Garnish
with coriander leaves and grated cheese.
