Sprouted Moong

Ingredients

1 Cup Sprouted Moong
1 small finely chopped Onion
1 small Tomato rings
1/2 medium sized boiled potato mashed
1 tea spoon rock salt
1 tea spoon lemon juice
1 Green chilly chopped
1 tea spoon dry mango powder
Coriander for garnishing.

Method

  1. Mix sprouted moong, chopped onion, potato with lime juice and chilly flakes.
  2. Leave the mixture for 10 minutes.
  3. Add salt, dry mango powder to the mixture just before consuming the chaat.
  4. Top it with coriander and tomato slices and serve.
This is a good side dish in a heavy lunch/dinner. also a good munch for Kidos.
