Sprouted Moong
Ingredients
1 Cup Sprouted Moong
1 small finely chopped Onion
1 small Tomato rings
1/2 medium sized boiled potato mashed
1 tea spoon rock salt
1 tea spoon lemon juice
1 Green chilly chopped
1 tea spoon dry mango powder
Coriander for garnishing.
Method
- Mix sprouted moong, chopped onion, potato with lime juice and chilly flakes.
- Leave the mixture for 10 minutes.
- Add salt, dry mango powder to the mixture just before consuming the chaat.
- Top it with coriander and tomato slices and serve.
This is a good side dish in a heavy lunch/dinner. also a good munch for Kidos.
