I am Jani. Another Pasta dish. Hope you enjoyed my other pasta recipes and the pulao and pachadi. I tried this dish after I had a "Pasta Aglio Oglio" at Niagara falls. (Altered to make it slightly spicer and less oily)

Simple Pasta And Garlic

Ingredients

1/2 lb. Pasta (Spaghetti, Linguine, etc.)
3 cloves Garlic, minced
1 large Onion, minced
1 tbsp. Olive Oil (if not any oil will do)
2 Green Chilies, chopped
1 tsp. fresh cracked Pepper
1 tsp. Cumin seeds
Salt
Coriander Leaves

Method:

  1. Cook pasta according to box directions.
  2. Heat oil, add cumin. Then add the green chilies and onions. Stir till cooked.
  3. Add the garlic and stir for 1 min.
  4. Add the pasta, salt and pepper, mix well and let it heat through.
  5. Serve sprinkled with the coriander and red pepper flakes if you like it spicier.
