Savoritt Vermicelli Biriyani
Ingredients
Vermicelli 1 Packet(1kg)
Onions 10 large finely chopped
Garlic 50 flakes
Ginger 10 small pieces finely
chopped
Cashewnuts 40 pieces
Cardamom 20 pods
Cloves 20
Green chillies 15 finely chopped
Cauliflower 10 finely chopped
Beans 300 gms
Tomatoes 100 gms
Carrots 100 gms
Ghee 15 tsps.
Water 1-1/2 litres
Salt 2 tsps
Fried Bread pieces 25 nos
Sugar 1 pinch
Method:
- Fry vermicelli and set aside.
- Fry vegetables, condiments and spices in ghee for 5-7
mins.
- Add water and milk cook vegetables add vermicelli, salt
and sugar and boil for a few minutes. Switch off the flame and add bread pieces . Mix them
thoroughly.
- Serve after adding a squezze of lime with onion raita.
Note:
The quantity of all the ingredients mentioned
tends to be/can be done for a big party.
