Hi, This is Umashriram. I've just landed in Sanjose,
and experimenting new cooking
stuff. The recipe is Inst. Muffet-Rasam Bhel Puris.

Muffer-Rasam Bhel Puri
Ingredients
Rasam/Sambhar/dhal of your choice
Sev or Bujia of your choice
Onion chopped
Muffets or Bread slices
Carrot,Tomato chopped,
Fresh Coriander Leaves and seasoning stuff
Method
- Arrange slices of muffets or bread in a pan
- Add 1 cup of Sambar/Rasam/dhal
- Decorate it with Sev/Bujia , Add chopped
onions, tomatos, carrots and
chillies (no2) and salt as needed (you can add garam
masala too.)
- Season it and add coriander leaves at last.
- Last but not the least : Serve hot.
