Spicy Vegetable Noodles
Ingredients
Cook 2 packets of Noodles, with no flavouring added
except for salt.
2 cups diced Potatoes, Carrots and a mixture of Green
Peas and Sweetcorn
OR 2 cups mixed vegetables with some diced Potatoes
1 teaspoon minced Ginger
1 teaspoon crushed Garlic
Salt
2 teaspoons Chilli Powder
1/4 cup Soya Sauce
Oil
Method
- Heat about 2-3 tablespoons of oil in a wok or curved frying pan and pop the vegetables in.
- Add the ginger and garlic and saute for a few minutes.
- Season with salt and chilli powder. Cook until the vegetables are just tender.
- Add the soy sauce. Add the cooked noodles, mix well and cook till the noodles are heated
through.
- Serve Hot or Warm.
