Bread Pudding
Ingredients
Egg - 1
Bread - 5-6 slices
Sugar - 7 + 4 tsp
Milk - 2 cups
Vanilla Essence - 3-4 drops
(cardomom powder)
Method
- In a bowl, beat the egg well and add the milk, essence, salt, 7 tsp.
sugar and the broken slices of bread.
- In a different bowl caramalise 4
tsp. sugar and add the mixture to it and steam for 6-8 minutes. Allow
to cool and invert onto a serving dish.
- Garnish with nuts.
- Serve
chilled.
