Paneer-Capsicum

Ingredients

Paneer-500 gms
Capsicum-2
Onion chopped-1
Tomatoes chopped-2
Green Chillies chopped-3
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Garam Masala-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder-1/2 tsp
Oil-1/2 cup

Method:

  1. Cut the capsicum length wise.
  2. Cut the paneer.
  3. Take oil in a kadhai and add cumin seeds. When the seeds start splutter add onions and green chillies. Saute till the onions get transparent.
  4. Add the capsicums and cover and cook till the vegetables are almost cooked.
  5. Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala and salt.
  6. Cook uncovered for 2 minutes and then add the paneer.
  7. Cook uncovered for 10 minutes stirring ocassionally.
  8. Serve it with Rotis and enjoy.
