Paneer-Capsicum
Ingredients
Paneer-500 gms
Capsicum-2
Onion chopped-1
Tomatoes chopped-2
Green Chillies chopped-3
Cumin seeds-1 tsp
Garam Masala-1 tsp
Turmeric powder-1 tsp
Red Chilli Powder-1/2 tsp
Oil-1/2 cup
Method:
- Cut the capsicum length wise.
- Cut the paneer.
- Take oil in a kadhai and add cumin seeds. When the seeds start splutter add onions and green
chillies. Saute till the onions get transparent.
- Add the capsicums and cover and cook till the vegetables
are almost cooked.
- Add turmeric powder, chilli powder, garam masala and
salt.
- Cook uncovered for 2 minutes and then add the
paneer.
- Cook uncovered for 10 minutes stirring ocassionally.
- Serve it with Rotis and enjoy.
