My name is Chennasri, from
Bangalore. I think bawarchi is a very good site for me as it's nice to
see all kinds of recepies to prepare. I love preparing different kinds
of sweets. MANGO PIE is a very simple desert and it takes just few
minutes to prepare for ur guests. And I think they love it.

Mango Pie
Ingredients
1gm - Graham craker crust or Pie crust
1/2 can - mango pulp.
3 tsp - sour cream.
1/2 cup - sugar.
1 small packet or sashe - unflavoured gelatine.
Method:
- Take 1 cup of hot water and mix the gelatine in the hot water until it
dissolves then keep it aside. Now mix all the ingrediants, sour cream, mango
pulp, sugar and finally add the gelatine water and blend it nicely with
the hand blender.
- Pour the blended liquid into the pie crust and put it in the freezer
section for 1hr until it's done and then take it out and keep it in the
refridgerator for few minutes.
- Then take out the mango pie crust from the refridgerator and make it
into slices and u are ready to serve your desert .
Enjoy the desert.
