Chinese Egg-Roll
Ingredients
1 cup maida (plain flour)
5 eggs
For Filling:
2 tbsp cucumber finely chp
2 tbsp carrot finely chp
2 tbsp cabbage grated
2 tbsp onion chp
1 tsp salt
2 green chilli chp
1 tsp lemon juice
1 tbsp soya sauce
2 tbsp hot sauce
1 tsp tometo sauce
Method:
- Make dough by mixing maida and water together, make 5 chapaties from this dough.
- Now make 5 omelletes from 5 eggs.
- Now mix well all filling ingredients.
- Take one chapati, put one omellete over it then
spread about 2 tbsp filling mixture.
- Now roll up the chapati and serve hot.
- Make all other four rolls as above.
