Instant Theratti Pal
Ingredients
Riccotta Cheese - 16 oz
Ghee - 2-3 tbspoons
Sugar - 2-2.5 cups
Condensed Milk - 1 can
Method:
- Heat the cheese in a non stick pan until it becomes slightly brittle.
- Add the ghee and sugar and mix thoroughly.
- Wait for the mixture to become light
brownish and then add condensed milk.
- Boil till it becomes a semi solid.
- Cool and refrigerate.
You may want to add coconut shreds on it after the has boiled thoroughly.
Pista also lends a wonderful flavor to it.
