Instant Theratti Pal

Ingredients

Riccotta Cheese - 16 oz
Ghee - 2-3 tbspoons
Sugar - 2-2.5 cups
Condensed Milk - 1 can

Method:

  1. Heat the cheese in a non stick pan until it becomes slightly brittle.
  2. Add the ghee and sugar and mix thoroughly.
  3. Wait for the mixture to become light brownish and then add condensed milk.
  4. Boil till it becomes a semi solid.
  5. Cool and refrigerate.

You may want to add coconut shreds on it after the has boiled thoroughly. Pista also lends a wonderful flavor to it.
