JhatPat Khana
Ingredients
(for two persons)
Milk bread-4 slices
Oil-2 tbspoon
Egg-2
Onion-one medium size
Garlic-2 cloves
Ginger-1/2 inch piece
Green chillies-as you wish
Capsicum-one small size
Coriender leaves-2 tbspoon
Tomato ketchap-1 tbspoon
Salt-as you wish
Method:
- First chop the onion, garlic, ginger, green chillies, coriander
leaves, capsicum & cut the breads in small square pieces.
- Then heat oil in a pan. Now fry the onion until golden brown in color.
- Then mix chopped garlic, ginger & green chillies. Stir fry for sometime.
- Now add chpped capsicum, coriander leaves & salt. After sometime add
bread pieces into it. Again stir fry it. At last add eggs in it & stir
whole thing fast for one minute. Then mix tomato ketchup with it.
- Now your jhatpat khana is ready to serve.
