Almond And Chocolate Fingers
Ingredients
Almonds (roasted,chopped)- 1/2 cup
Digestive Biscuits (crushed) -- 1 cup
Plain Chocolate -- 175 gm
Honey -- 2 tbsp
Butter --50 gm
you can add some to the mixture Raisins,Sultana,Glace Cherries
Method
- Grease and line an squarecake tin.
- Put the butter, chocolate and
honey in a pan and heat gently until melted.
- Stir in the biscuits crumbs
and almond until thoroughly mixed, turn into the prepared tin and smooth
the top. Leave until set, then cut into fingers before serving.
