Moroccon Couscous salad
Ingredients
1 cup Couscous, cooked and washed
Juice of 1 Lemon
2 Green Chillies chopped
Salt
2 tbsp Cilantro, finely chopped
1/2 tsp fresh ground Black Pepper
1 clove Garlic, minced
1" Ginger, minced
1 Onions chopped
1/2 cup finley chopped Scallions
1 tbsp finely chopped Mint
1 Cucumber, finely chopped
1 Red Bell Pepper, chopped
1 Yellow Bell Pepper, chopped
1 Green Bell Pepper, chopped
Mix all the ingredients and let sit for 1/2 hour.
Dressing:
1 tbsp Olive Oil
2 tsp Vinegar
1/2 tsp Dijon Mustard
1/2 tsp Worcestshire Sauce
1/2 tsp Tabasco Sauce
1/2 tsp Black Pepper, powdered
1/2 tsp Paprika
Salt
1 tsp dried Dill
1 tsp Dhania powder
1 tsp Jeera powder

Mix all ingredients in a jar and shake well to mix.
- Pour over the salad and garnish with cilantro and mint.
