Ingredients

Paneer - light fried.
Peas - boiled.
Tomato - 2 (big) - finely chopped.
Onion - 2 (big) - chopped.
Green Chilli - 5
Ginger
Shreded Coconut - 1/2 cup.
Chilli Powder - 3 tbsp
Coriander Powder - 1/2 tbsp.
Garam masala Powder - 1 tbsp

Veg. oil is healthier than ghee. Ghee will make it more tasty.

  3. Add all the powders & ginger. Fry for one or two minutes until the whole thing is well-coated.
  4. Add the tomatoes & salt. Stir constantly until they mix well.
  5. Add sufficient water until a thick gravy.
  6. Add the pieces of fried paneer & the pre-boiled peas. Cook for 4/5 minutes, & your coco-paneer - masala is ready. Try it. Wish you good luck.
