Hi,
I am Madhu Mangal from Pheonix. I am sending the recipe of instant thandai. (hot and sweet) It is a very good drink in summer. I hope people will like it.

Instant Thandai

Ingredients

1. Saffron few flakes
2. 3 tsp Fennel seeds
3. 1 tsp Black Pepper
4. 12 piece Almonds
5. 12 Piece Cardamoms
6. 1 cup Sugar
7. 2 glass Chilled Milk
8. 2 drops Rose Essence

Method:

  1. Mix items 1 tom 5 and grind them in a grinder (coffee grinder) until it becomes powder . Transfer the powder into the mixer.
  2. Add sugar and 1/4 cup milk in the mixer. Run the mixer until powder becomes paste.
  3. Add the remaining milk, rose essence and run the mixer for 30 seconds.

Thandai is ready for use. (If you want, you may filter it before using)
