Instant Thandai
Ingredients
1. Saffron few flakes
2. 3 tsp Fennel seeds
3. 1 tsp Black Pepper
4. 12 piece Almonds
5. 12 Piece Cardamoms
6. 1 cup Sugar
7. 2 glass Chilled Milk
8. 2 drops Rose Essence
Method:
- Mix items 1 tom 5 and grind them in a grinder (coffee grinder) until it
becomes powder . Transfer the powder into the mixer.
- Add sugar and 1/4
cup milk in the mixer. Run the mixer until powder becomes paste.
- Add the
remaining milk, rose essence and run the mixer for 30 seconds.
Thandai is
ready for use. (If you want, you may filter it before using)
