Ingredients:
1.. 4 dessert apples
2.. 1 fresh pear (optional)
3.. segments of 1 orange
4.. 1 medium sized capsicum
5.. 4 carrots
6.. 4 sticks celery
7.. 1/2 cucumber
8.. a few raisins
Method:
- Chop the fruits coarsely
- Grate the vegetables
- Mix in a bowl & put to chill
- If u like add the curd dressing
- Serve Cold
