Slimmer Salad (Low Cal food)

a.. Preparation time:10 mins
b.. No Cooking
c.. Serves 8

Ingredients:

1.. 4 dessert apples
2.. 1 fresh pear (optional)
3.. segments of 1 orange
4.. 1 medium sized capsicum
5.. 4 carrots
6.. 4 sticks celery
7.. 1/2 cucumber
8.. a few raisins

Method:

  1. Chop the fruits coarsely
  2. Grate the vegetables
  3. Mix in a bowl & put to chill
  4. If u like add the curd dressing
  5. Serve Cold

Accompainment:
1 teacup curd dressing - contains 38 calories
Per serving: Calories 72. Protein 1g. Carbohydrates 18g. Fat 0.4g
