Hi,
I am Jayanthi Raghu, and I wish to share with you a very tasty dish which my sister recently taught me. I don't like cooking much but recently after visiting this web site I have become more adventures and interested in cooking. Now, since I have learnt a new dish I am all eager to share it with all of you, who are like me or who are real cooking experts. My email address is Joysrsr@mailcity.com

Green Corn

Ingredients

6 Big frozen Corn (cut into half)
2 cups of Coconut Milk, sweetened
3 bundles of Coriander leaves
2 Chilies
2 tsp Jeera
Salt to taste
Ginger
Garlic
Honey
Tamarind

Method:

  1. First boil the frozen corn for about 15 min.
  2. Meanwhile grind coriander leaves, coconut milk, chilies, ginger, garlic and jeera into a nice paste add salt to the mix and heat up the mix.
  3. Then, once the corns have been cooked, place the corns with the mix. Let the creamy nice coriander mix be absorbed by the corn. Turn the corns over while they are in the pan so that they are fully immersed in the green mix.
  4. Finally, ladies this off course is optional, you may, just before serving , pour a spoon of honey mixed with tamarind juice to each corn to get a tangy sweet and sour taste. However, you can substitute this and just add a dash of lemon juice and kala namak to get a real butta taste. Whichever way you make it your guests are going to love it, so will you! So enjoy eating.
