Spicy Fish Fry

Ingredients

Fish (salmon/halibut) : 1 Lb
Chilli powder : 2 heaped Tbspoons
Coriander powder : 1 heaped Tb spoon
Pepper powder : 1/4 Tb spoon
Turmeric powder : 1/4 Tbspoon
Garlic : 4-5 peices.
Curry leaves : 1 stem
Salt : to taste
Olive oil : 1 cup

Method:

  1. Cut the fish into cubes.
  2. Make a paste of garlic and curry leaves.
  3. Add the rest of the ingredients, this paste and a spoon of olive oil with fish. Mix well so that the masala evenly spreads over fish.
  4. Marinate for an hour. You can keep this marinated fish in the freezer for later use too.
  5. Deep fry.
  6. Serve with rice and curry.
