Spicy Fish Fry
Ingredients
Fish (salmon/halibut) : 1 Lb
Chilli powder : 2 heaped Tbspoons
Coriander powder : 1 heaped Tb spoon
Pepper powder : 1/4 Tb spoon
Turmeric powder : 1/4 Tbspoon
Garlic : 4-5 peices.
Curry leaves : 1 stem
Salt : to taste
Olive oil : 1 cup
Method:
- Cut the fish into cubes.
- Make a paste of garlic and curry leaves.
- Add the rest of the ingredients, this paste and a spoon of olive
oil with fish. Mix well so that the masala evenly spreads over fish.
- Marinate for an hour. You can keep this marinated fish in the
freezer for later use too.
- Deep fry.
- Serve with rice and curry.
