Mushroom Curry

Ingredients

1. Button Mushrooms - 1 pack
2. Onion, Fairly sized - 1
3. Tomatoes - 4
4. Coriander Leaves, Chopped - 1 Tablespoon
5.. Ginger-Garlic Paste- 1 Teaspoon.
6. Chilli Powder - 1 Tablespoon
7. Garam Masala - 1 Teaspoon.
8. Ghee - 1 Teaspoon
9. Oil - 1 Tablespoon.
10. Salt to taste.

Method:

  1. Cut the Mushrooms into small pieces and wash them well. Be careful since it will have a lot of mud in it.
  2. Chop the Onion and the Tomatoes too.
  3. Heat a non - stick pan with the Ghee in it. Add the Ginger- Garlic paste and fry.
  4. Add the Onion and fry until Golden brown and then add the Tomatoes and fry for 5 minutes.
  5. Now add the Cut Mushrooms to it followed by Salt and Chilli powder. When almost done add the Garam Masala and close with a plate for 2 minutes. When turned off the flame Garnish with Coriander Leaves and Serve hot with Pulkas, Naans and Parathas.

Hope you enjoy the dish ..It can be served with plain rice too.
