Mushroom Curry
Ingredients
1. Button Mushrooms - 1 pack
2. Onion, Fairly sized - 1
3. Tomatoes - 4
4. Coriander Leaves, Chopped - 1 Tablespoon
5.. Ginger-Garlic Paste- 1 Teaspoon.
6. Chilli Powder - 1 Tablespoon
7. Garam Masala - 1 Teaspoon.
8. Ghee - 1 Teaspoon
9. Oil - 1 Tablespoon.
10. Salt to taste.
Method:
- Cut the Mushrooms into small pieces and wash them well. Be careful
since it will have a lot of mud in it.
- Chop the Onion and the Tomatoes too.
- Heat a non - stick pan with the Ghee in it. Add the Ginger- Garlic
paste and fry.
- Add the Onion and fry until Golden brown and then add the Tomatoes
and fry for 5 minutes.
- Now add the Cut Mushrooms to it followed by Salt and Chilli powder.
When almost done add the Garam Masala and close with a plate for 2
minutes.
When turned off the flame Garnish with Coriander Leaves and Serve hot
with Pulkas, Naans and Parathas.
