Hi,

Tuna Fish

Ingredients

Tuna fish (in vegetable oil) 1 can
1 small Onion - finely chopped
1 small piece ginger - finely chopped
1 clove garlic - finely chopped
cilantro 3-4 roots - finely chopped
1/2 tsp Jeera powder
little Turmeric powder
Salt
Oil - 1 tbsp

Method:

  1. In a heavy-bottom pan, add the oil + onions + ginger + garlic and fry for a minute.
  2. Add tuna fish, turmeric powder, jeera powder, salt and let cook until all the water is gone.
  3. Garnish with cilantro and take off stove.

Cooking time: 10 minutes

Goes well with Rice and Rasam / Chappathis. Enjoy !!!
