Hi! I am Bhanu from Dubai today I am sending you a receipe of Majjiga Charu (buttermilk rasam) which takes no time to prepare but very tasty. Especially working women like me would love to make this due to the above reasons.

Mjjiga Charu

Ingredients

Sour butter milk 2 cups
Pinch of turmeric
Salt to taste
1 tomato
Green cillies 3
Corriader leaves 1/2 bunch
Ginger small piece

For Seasoning

2 spoons of ghee
1/2 spoon of ajwaain (vaamu)
4-5 curry leaves
Pinch of mustard seeds and methi seeds

Preparation

Mix all the ingredients in a blender and pour the mixer in a vessel heat the ghee in a laddle and put all the seasoning ingredients into it when the ajwaain and musturd seeds pop up add it to the mixer in the vessel this goes well with white rice in the main course.
