Shrimp ManPasand
Ingredients :
Shrimp
2 big onions finely diced
2 tsp chilli powder (If you prefer spicier, you can add more!!)
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp tamarind pulp, mixed in warm water
Handful of fresh Coriander leaves
2 tbsp Oil (or according to your calory intake)
Salt to taste
Methods
- Heat oil in the pan. Add onions and keep frying till they are nice
brown.
- Now add Turmeric powder and chilli powder. Stir well.
- Add Tamarind water and keep stirring. It should reduce to a thick
paste consistency.
- Add Shrimp, and let it cook.
- Add salt. and sprinkle cut coriander leaves on top.
- Serve hot with paratha or rice.
