Shrimp   ManPasand

Ingredients :

Shrimp
2 big onions finely diced
2 tsp chilli powder (If you prefer spicier, you can add more!!)
1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
1/2 tsp tamarind pulp, mixed in warm water
Handful of fresh Coriander leaves
2 tbsp Oil (or according to your calory intake)
Salt to taste

Methods

  1. Heat oil in the pan. Add onions and keep frying till they are nice brown.
  2. Now add Turmeric powder and chilli powder. Stir well.
  3. Add Tamarind water and keep stirring. It should reduce to a thick paste consistency.
  4. Add Shrimp, and let it cook.
  5. Add salt. and sprinkle cut coriander leaves on top.
  6. Serve hot with paratha or rice.
