Mulli Paratha
Ingredients
Grated Radish/Mulli 1 1/2 cup
Wheat flour 4 cup
Salt to taste
Jeera 2 tea spoon
Red Chilli Powder 2 table spoon
Oil 2 table spoon
Ghee for making paratha
Method:
- Mix the above ingredients expect ghee and oil.
- Make it into a soft dough using water if necessary. Then add oil and make it even more softer dough. Leave it for 1 hour.
- Make Paratha out of it and cook it using ghee.
- Serve hot with any Chutney or gravy.
