Moong Sprout Salad Pockets
Ingredients
Sprouted Moong - 1 Cup
Tomato - 1 mdeium size (Cubed)
Capsicup - 1/2 (Cut into tiny bits)
Cucumber - 1 Small (Cubed)
Carrot - 1 medium size (Cut into tiny bits)
Green Chilli - 1 (cut into very tiny bits) (The
green chilli makes the salad slightly spicy and gives it a distinct flavor)
Red Radish - 5 (small size cut into strips length wise)
Lemon Juice - 2-3 tsp
Salt to taste
Cilantro - 4-5 sprigs chopped finely
Onion - 1 medium finely chopped
Lettuce Leaves - 4
Method:
- Mix ingredients except lettuce well and divide
the mixture into 4 equal parts.
- Take a lettuce leaf,
fill in the mixture and fold the leaf into a pocket.
- Repeat with the rest of the leaves and serve with
garlic bread. Enjoy !!
