Paneer Tikka
Ingredients
Paneer - 100 gms
Thick Curds - 1/2 cup
Chilli Powder - 1 tsp
Ginger/Garlic paste - 1/2 tsp
Kasoori Methi - 1/2 tsp
Amchur Powder - 1/2 tsp
Oil - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Method
- Add all the about ingredients along with paneer and soak for 2 hrs.
- Cook in the microwave power level 100 for 3 min.
- Serve hot.
