Carrot -Cabbage Salad
Ingredients
1 small green Cabbage, grated (you can use 1 package of readymade grated
cabbage)
2 Green Chillies / Jalapenos
1/2 Lemon
Handful of Coriander leaves
4/5 Carrots and Salt to taste
For Tadka
Olive Oil (very little)
1/2 tsp Mustard seeds
1/4 tsp Hing
Method:
- Grate carrots and cabbage
- Put the tadka and add Grated carrots and cabbage and fry them for
30 seconds till the raw smell goes away.
- Mix them well with chopped green chilli, lime juice and salt to
make a salad.
- Garnish with Coriander leaves
- Serve them with Parathas, Poories or Rice.
