Shahi Parantha

Ingredients

Wheat Flour : 1 bowl
Suzi/Rava : 1 bowl
Maida : 1 bowl
Milk : 1 bowl
Salt : 1 tsp
Oil : 2 tbsp

Filling:

Paneer : 150 gm
Boiled Peas : 1/2 bowl
Green Chilli : 2-3
Chopped Cilantro
Salt : 1/2 tsp
Red Chilli : to taste
Garam Masala : 1/4 tsp
Dry Fruits : finely chopped
Dry Coconut : 1/2 bowl grated

Method:

  1. Sift flour, maida, suzi. Add salt and make a soft dough using milk. Keep aside for 10-15 min.
  2. Mash paneer to it add lightly mashed boiled peas (optional) and all other ingredients except coconut.
  3. Make little bigger balls of dough, roll it little and stuff with filling mixture. Roll in paranthas and cook on tava using oil/butter.
  4. When cooked garnish with coconut.
  5. Cut in 4 pieces and enjoy with Curd and Cilantro Chutney.
