This recipe is for Pico de Gallo, which is eaten with mexican food - tacos, burritos, mexican pizza, enchiladas, etc.

Pico de Gallo

Ingredients

1 large Tomato - chopped
1 large White/Yellow Onion - chopped
4 Green Chillies - chopped
1 small Bell Pepper (simla mirch) - chopped
2 handfuls of Coriander Leaves - chopped
2 teaspoons of White Vinegar
Salt to taste

Method:

Combine all of the ingredients. Serve chilled.
