Hello,

Valval

Ingredients

Pumpkin 150 gms.
Potato 250 gms
White Pumpkin 150 gms
Chemb 150gms
Coconut Milk 1 cup thick extract & 2 cup thin extract
Spilt Chillies 2
Asafoedita 2 pinch
Coconut Oil 1 tbsp
Salt to taste

Method:

  1. Chop all the vegetables in long shape.
  2. Boil the vege in a vessel by first putting the chemb & potato and above that the pumpkins with chillies. Boil in the 2 cups of thin extract of coconut if needed add some water.
  3. When the veges are half boiled add salt and cook for some more time. When the veges are cooked add first thick extract of coconut milk, asafoedita and coconut oil.
  4. Remove and serve with Rice and Dal as a side dish.
