Dry Curry Ghost
Ingredients
Half kg mutton pieces
2 medium sized onions finely chopped
1 tsp each ginger, garlic paste
1 tsp chillie powder
1 tsp black pepper powder
1 hand full of curry leaves [wash the curry leaves & roast on pan & make
powder of the roasted curry leaves in a dry mixer]
1 glass water
2 tbsp oil
2 tbsp curry leaves
1 capsicum finely chopped
1 tbsp vineger & salt to taste.
Method:
- Take pressure cooker, add 1 tbsp oil, chopped onions & fry till
golden brown, then add ginger, garlic paste, mutton pieces & fry, add
redchillie & black pepper powder & mix well, add salt to taste & in
the last add curry leaves powder & mix well & then put 1 glass of
water & pressure cook till mutton is done.
- Take a pan add 1 tbsp oil & add 1 tbsp of curry leaves again & add
the chopped capsicum, add the cooked mutton pieces & stir till the
water dries & in the last add vineger mix well & serve with rice &
daal combination.
