Kheema Pulav
Ingredients
1. Mutton/Chicken Kheema - 1/2kg
2. Oil - 3 tbsp
3. Whole garam masala (Cinnamon stick, Cardomom, Black pepper, Cumin
seed) - 1 teaspoon
4. Slice garlic - 2 pcs
5. Onion- 2 (chopped)
6. Green chilies - 3 to 4 (Chopped)
7. Tomatoes - 3
8. Ginger paste - 1 tbsp
9. Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
10. Red chili powder - 1 tbsp
11. Rice 1 - cup
12. Salt - As per taste
Procedure
- Put oil into cooking vessel and let it get heated for some time.
- Add whole garam masala
- Add sliced garlic
- Add chopped onion and chopped green chilies.
- Stir it for some time
- Add kheema and mix it.
- Wait till it get cooked
- Add red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste and chopped tomatoes
- Mix it well
- Add two cup of water
- Let get boiled for some time
- Add soaked rice to it.
- Add mint and coriander leaves for smell
- Cook on low heat till it get done
- Serve hot
If needed vegetable can be added to this to have some variety
