Hi,
I am Sheetal Patil again. I am sending one of my favorite recipe. This is very easy to prepare. My previous recipes were Rajama Curry, bread pudding

Kheema Pulav

Ingredients

1. Mutton/Chicken Kheema - 1/2kg
2. Oil - 3 tbsp
3. Whole garam masala (Cinnamon stick, Cardomom, Black pepper, Cumin seed) - 1 teaspoon
4. Slice garlic - 2 pcs
5. Onion- 2 (chopped)
6. Green chilies - 3 to 4 (Chopped)
7. Tomatoes - 3
8. Ginger paste - 1 tbsp
9. Garlic paste - 1 tbsp
10. Red chili powder - 1 tbsp
11. Rice 1 - cup
12. Salt - As per taste

Procedure

  1. Put oil into cooking vessel and let it get heated for some time.
  2. Add whole garam masala
  3. Add sliced garlic
  4. Add chopped onion and chopped green chilies.
  5. Stir it for some time
  6. Add kheema and mix it.
  7. Wait till it get cooked
  8. Add red chili powder, ginger-garlic paste and chopped tomatoes
  9. Mix it well
  10. Add two cup of water
  11. Let get boiled for some time
  12. Add soaked rice to it.
  13. Add mint and coriander leaves for smell
  14. Cook on low heat till it get done
  15. Serve hot

If needed vegetable can be added to this to have some variety
