Sprout's Bhel
Ingredients
Moong sprouts - one cup
Black Gram sprouts - 1/4 cup
Bhel sev - 1/4 cup
Murmure - one cup
Onion - one medium size (finely chopped)
Tomato - one big (finely chopped)
Cucumber - half small size (finely chopped)
Green chilly - one (finely chopped)
Lime juice - 3 tbsp
Salt
Red chilly powder
Dry mango powder
Oil - 1 tbsp
Method
- Soak Moong seeds and Black gram for five hours and then put it in a wet
cloth and keep aside for whole one day.
- Heat oil in a pen and put it sprouts.
- Heat the sprouts till it tender.
- Take the sprouts in another vessel.
- Mix Bhel sev, murmure, onion, tomato, cucumber, green chilly, limejuice,
salt, red chilly powder and dry mango powder in sprouts.
Now sprout's bhel is ready.
