Sprout's Bhel

Ingredients

Moong sprouts - one cup
Black Gram sprouts - 1/4 cup
Bhel sev - 1/4 cup
Murmure - one cup
Onion - one medium size (finely chopped)
Tomato - one big (finely chopped)
Cucumber - half small size (finely chopped)
Green chilly - one (finely chopped)
Lime juice - 3 tbsp
Salt
Red chilly powder
Dry mango powder
Oil - 1 tbsp

Method

  1. Soak Moong seeds and Black gram for five hours and then put it in a wet cloth and keep aside for whole one day.
  2. Heat oil in a pen and put it sprouts.
  3. Heat the sprouts till it tender.
  4. Take the sprouts in another vessel.
  5. Mix Bhel sev, murmure, onion, tomato, cucumber, green chilly, limejuice, salt, red chilly powder and dry mango powder in sprouts.

Now sprout's bhel is ready.
